N. Sadat Shami is a workforce researcher at IBM, where he leads several projects related to workforce social analytics. Currently, his interests lie in pushing the boundaries about what can be learned from large scale social data of employees in combination with enterprise data. He has previously organized a SIG and a workshop at CHI 2007 and 2008.
Werner Geyer is a Research Manager and scientist at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center for Social Business in Cambridge. His research focuses on social collaboration, recommender systems, and social media analytics. He has been organizing a series of workshops on Social Recommender systems at ACM RecSys 2012, 2010, 2009 and a workshop on Social Networking in Organizations at CSCW 2008.
Munmun De Choudhury is a postdoctoral researcher at Microsoft Research, Redmond. Munmun’s broad areas of interest comprise computational social science: at the intersection of HCI, machine learning, and social science. Specifically, her research examines methods to understand individual and collective human behavior, mood and language based on online social interactions.
Andreas Eckhardt is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Information Systems of Goethe University Frankfurt. As part of his work at the research project Centre of Human Resources Information Systems (CHRIS), he is co-author of two books and an annual study series on electronic human resource management (EHRM).
Sven Laumer is a Research Associate at the Department for Information Systems and Services at the University of Bamberg. He is part of the research project “Centre of Human Resources Information Systems” and is interested in the support of information systems for HR tasks in organizations.
